2. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS

2.1 These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including individuals who pay to park (“Drivers”), and individuals or businesses who list parking spaces through the Services (“Parking Partners”).

2.2 These Terms also govern your use of any features, tools, or other resources made available through the App or Website.

2.3 Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

3. DEFINITIONS

• Driver: A user who uses the Services to find and pay for parking.
• Parking Partner: A user who lists a parking space through the Services (may include private individuals or businesses).
• Parking Space: Any parking facility listed on the App/Website through which Drivers may make bookings.

4. USING PARKING24 SERVICES

4.1 Registration. To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

4.2 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Services.

4.3 Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4.4 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity or vehicle information.
• Interfere with other users’ access to the Services.

5. LISTING AND BOOKING PARKING SPACES

5.1 Parking Partners may list available parking spaces through the App or Website. You warrant that you are authorized to list any space you submit.

5.2 Drivers may search for, reserve, and pay for parking spaces using the Services.

5.3 Accuracy of Information. Parking24 endeavours to ensure accurate listings but does not guarantee any listing is suitable for your needs.

5.4 Availability. Reservation of a parking space is subject to availability as provided by the relevant Parking Partner.

6. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

6.1 Payment. When a Driver pays for parking via the Services, you authorize Parking24 to process the payment on behalf of the Parking Partner.

6.2 Fees. Prices displayed in the App include any service fees charged by Parking24.

6.3 Cancellation. Drivers may cancel bookings via their account before the start of the parking period in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed at time of booking.

6.4 Refunds. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

6.5 Wallet Balances. Any unused funds in your Parking24 wallet may be used for future transactions but may not be eligible for refund unless required by law.

7. USER CONTENT AND INTERACTIONS

7.1 User Content. You are solely responsible for all content you submit to the Services, including listings and communications.

7.2 Interactions. Parking24 is not responsible for interactions between users or with Parking Partners outside the scope of the Services.

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 No Warranty. The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, and Parking24 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.2 Liability Exclusion. Parking24 is not responsible for:

• Any personal injury or property damage arising from the use of a parking space.
• Losses due to inaccurate listings or unavailable spaces.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

9.1 Parking24 may modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version in the App or on the Website.

9.2 Your continued use of the Services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

10.1 Parking24 may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons.

10.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 All content in the App and Website, including software, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Parking24.

11.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without Parking24’s prior consent.
